However, we plan to expand availability to other regions in the future. For urgent usage, you can change your App Store or Google Play region settings to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, or Japan to download and install SwipePoint. Changing Devices (Phones/Tablets/Computers)
If you change your phone/tablet/computer, log in to your new device with the same account.
You can use the same account on multiple devices (phones/tablets/computers) without quantity restrictions.
Software Updates
To maintain consistency and enhance user experience, SwipePoint requires all users to update the app before use. If notified of an update but unable to see it in the store, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Android - Clear Cache
Clearing Google Play cache:
- Open "Settings" → "Apps" → "Google Play Store" → "Storage" → "Clear Cache".
- If unresolved, select "Clear Data" (requires logging back into your Google account).
- Reopen Google Play and check for updates. Restart your phone if necessary.
Apple (iOS) - Refresh Cache
Refresh App Store updates:
- Pull down on the App Store "Updates" page to refresh.
- Log out and back into your Apple ID.
- Restart your device.
- Ensure your device has the latest iOS version and stable internet connection.
